Career Tracker Cohorts (CTC)
The ‘SNSF Career Tracker Cohorts (CTC)’ study is being conducted on behalf of the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF). The aim of the study is to better understand the career trajectories of early career researchers and the influence of SNSF funding instruments on career developments. At the same time, the results serve as a basis for the further development of funding instruments. The CTC study is designed as a panel study with several cohorts. The study population includes individuals applying for postdoctoral career funding instruments of the SNSF (Early Postdoc.Mobility, Postdoc.Mobility, Ambizione, Eccellenza, PRIMA). After a base survey, participants are invited to participate in annual monitoring surveys so that their professional and personal situation can be tracked.
